1. How do I create a CX Bets account?
You can register directly from the CX Bets website or app:
- Click Sign Up or Register.
- Enter your personal details exactly as they appear on your ID.
- Create a secure password that you do not use anywhere else.
- Accept the terms and conditions, then complete registration.
Once your account is created, you may be asked to complete FICA verification before certain features, deposits or withdrawals are enabled.
2. How do I deposit funds into my account?
To make a deposit:
- Log in to your CX Bets account.
- Go to Cashier or Deposit.
- Select your preferred payment method.
- Enter the amount you want to deposit (within the allowed limits).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete payment.

FICA (Financial Intelligence Centre Act) is a legal requirement designed to prevent fraud, money laundering and other financial crime. As part of FICA, CX Bets must:
