If you cannot log in to your CX Bets account because you forgot your password or believe it has been compromised, you can reset it securely using the steps below.
1. When You Should Reset Your Password
You should reset your password if:
- You have forgotten your current password.
- You see a message saying your password is incorrect.
- You suspect someone else may know your password.
- You notice suspicious activity on your account.
Changing your password regularly and keeping it private helps protect your account and funds.
2. Resetting Your Password from the Login Page
- Go to the CX Bets login page
Open the official CX Bets website or app and navigate to the login screen. - Click “Forgot Password?”
Below the login fields, click the link labelled “Forgot password?” or “Reset password”. - Enter your registered email or username
Type the email address or username linked to your CX Bets account, then submit the form. Check your email or SMS for the reset link/code
You will receive either:- An email with a secure password reset link, or
- An SMS with a one-time PIN (OTP) or code.
This may take a few minutes. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder.
- Open the link or enter the code
- If you received an email, click the reset link.
- If you received an SMS, enter the code on the password reset screen. - Create a new password
Choose a strong new password that you haven’t used before on CX Bets. Confirm the password if prompted, then save. - Log in with your new password
Return to the login page and sign in using your username/email and the new password.
3. Choosing a Strong Password
Your new password should:
- Meet the minimum length required by CX Bets (for example 8–12 characters).
- Include upper- and lower-case letters.
- Include at least one number and, where allowed, a special character.
- Not be easily guessable (avoid names, birthdays, or “123456”).
Do not share your password with anyone, and do not store it where others can easily see it.
4. If You Don’t Receive the Reset Email or SMS
If the reset email or SMS does not arrive within a few minutes:
- Check your spam/junk email folder.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address or username.
- Ensure your inbox is not full and can receive new messages.
- Request a new reset link or code from the login page.
If you still do not receive anything, contact CX Bets Support and mention that you are not receiving password reset messages. Provide your username and any alternate contact details we can use to verify your identity.
5. If You Think Your Account Has Been Compromised
If you believe someone else has accessed your account or you notice unexpected bets, deposits or withdrawals:
- Reset your password immediately using the steps above.
- Enable any available security features (for example, two-factor authentication).
- Review your recent account activity and bet history.
- Contact Support urgently and provide details of the suspicious activity.
CX Bets will never ask you to share your password or one-time PIN in chat, email or over the phone.
6. Common Error Messages & How to Fix Them

Check that you are using the email address linked to your CX Bets account. If you may have registered with a different email, try that one or contact Support. - “Reset link expired or invalid”
