Your CX Bets Wallet is the central place where all your funds, bets and bonuses are tracked. This article explains the different balance types, how money moves in and out, and why your wallet may not always match the exact amount you’ve deposited.
1. What Is the CX Bets Wallet?
Think of your CX Bets Wallet as your betting account. It keeps track of:
- Money you have deposited.
- Winnings you have earned.
- Active bonuses and their conditions.
- Funds that are temporarily locked in bets or withdrawals.
The wallet is updated in real time as you deposit, place bets, win, lose or withdraw.
2. Key Wallet Balance Types
Depending on your configuration, you may see one or more of the following balances in your CX Bets Wallet:
- Cash / Real Money Balance
Funds you deposited or net winnings that are not tied to any bonus conditions. This is usually the part that can become withdrawable, subject to FICA and other rules. - Bonus Balance
Extra funds or free bets granted by promotions. These often have wagering requirements or other restrictions before they can turn into withdrawable cash. - Withdrawable Balance
The amount that is currently eligible to be withdrawn, after considering:- FICA / verification status.
- Bonus wagering requirements.
- Active bets or pending transactions.
Locked / Pending Funds
Amounts temporarily reserved because they are:- Staked on active bets.
- Included in a pending withdrawal request.
- Part of a deposit still being processed.
These funds are not lost, but they may not be immediately available for new bets or withdrawals until the underlying transaction is completed.
3. Example Wallet Breakdown
Here is an example of how your wallet might be broken down on screen:

4. How Money Flows Through Your Wallet
4.1 Deposits
- You make a deposit using one of the available payment methods.
- Once successful, the amount is added to your cash balance.
- If the deposit triggered a promotion, a bonus balance may also be added.
4.2 Placing Bets
- When you place a bet, the stake is reserved from your wallet.
- Those funds become part of locked / active bets until the bet is settled.
