To complete FICA verification on CX Bets, you’ll need to upload clear copies of your ID and, where required, proof of address. This guide explains which documents you need, how to upload them, and how to avoid common delays.

1. Before You Start

Make sure you have the following ready:

• Proof of identity
  For example: ID card, driver’s licence or passport (check which types are accepted).

3. Uploading FICA Documents on the Website

1. Log in to your CX Bets account
   Go to the official CX Bets website and sign in with your username/email and password.

2. Open the FICA / Verification section
   Navigate to:

   • My Account or Profile, then
   • FICA, Verification or Documents.

   The exact names can vary but look for anything related to verification.

3. Select the document type
   You may see separate upload slots such as:
   • Proof of identity
   • Proof of address

4. Upload your identity document
